The Košice Region (Slovak: Košický kraj) is one of the eight Slovak administrative regions. The area of the region is 6,753 km², the population is 766,012 (2001). It is located in the eastern part of Slovakia and consists of 11 districts (okresy):

• Gelnica District
• Košice I
• Košice II
• Košice III
• Košice IV
• Košice–okolie (countryside around Košice)
• Michalovce District
• Rožňava District
• Sobrance District
• Spišská Nová Ves District
• Trebišov District
