Yahoo! HotJobs is an online recruiting tool launched by Yahoo! on July 12, 2005. It is used to find and manage jobs in many careers including Information Technology, retail, sales and accounting. The tool also provides employers, recruiters, and staffing agencies with progressive recruiting solutions and hiring management software. Yahoo! HotJobs has been awarded several times, among them the 2005 "People's Voice" Webby Award from the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences for its design and usability.
